An event can have more than one application form. That lets you use different wording, allowed participant types, deadlines, questions, terms, and catalogue choices for different audiences without creating separate events.
Where to manage forms
Open the event
Go to the event workspace in Trader Manager.
Open Applications or Application Forms
Use the event tab or setup area.
Create or edit a form
Set form name, status, default behaviour, participant wording, and public copy.
Choose allowed participant types
Only selected types appear on this form.
Choose catalogue choices
Only attached catalogue items selected for the form can be chosen by applicants.
Save and copy the public link
Share the link only after testing it.
Form statuses
- Active forms can accept applications when the event status and application mode allow it.
- Paused forms stop new submissions temporarily.
- Closed forms stop new submissions when that route is finished.
When to use multiple forms
- Different participant groups need different questions.
- Sponsors, charities, food vendors, and retail traders need different catalogue options.
- You want one form for invited people and another for public applicants.
- You want to close one intake route while keeping another open.
Copy the correct form link. Each form has its own URL, and sharing the wrong one can send applicants through the wrong questions or pricing.
