The Compliance tab gives reviewers a grid of event participants and the documents expected from each participant type. It is designed for practical review: start with the records that need action, then work toward a clean event-day list.
Statuses you may see
- Missing: a required document has not been supplied.
- Optional missing: an optional document has not been supplied.
- Scanning or pending review: a file was uploaded and still needs safety scanning or staff review.
- Approved: a reviewer accepted the document.
- Approved expiring or expiring soon: an accepted document is close to its expiry date.
- Expired: the document expiry date has passed.
- Rejected: a reviewer rejected the document, or file scanning found a safety issue.
Work through the grid
Open the event Compliance tab
Review the summary before opening individual cells.
Start with pending review
These are documents participants may already have supplied.
Open problem cells
Review missing, expired, expiring, or rejected documents next.
Review the document
Approve, reject, upload on behalf of the participant, carry forward, or send a reminder.
Use history when needed
Check previous versions, expiry dates, and review notes before deciding.
Reminder behaviour
Compliance reminders are intended for non-compliant participants and are limited so the same person is not chased repeatedly in a short period.
Review pending uploads before sending reminders. The participant may already have done their part.
