Recurring series are for repeated markets, fairs, tours, venue programmes, or regular event dates. The series creates individual event occurrences while giving organisers a combined view of applications, participant roster, attendance, payment carry, credits, and cancelled dates.
What you can configure
- Weekly or monthly recurrence patterns, including selected weekdays, intervals, day-of-month, or ordinal weekday patterns.
- An end date or a fixed number of occurrences, subject to the limit shown in setup.
- Participant types, pricing profiles, discount rules, application questions, terms, branding, and bank transfer or PayPal payment methods.
- Selected-date applications so applicants can choose the dates they want to attend.
- Occurrence cancellation when one date in the series should not run.
