Stage Manager lineup rows can hold the performer guest-list and accreditation decision next to the act's production record. This keeps artist passes, crew wristbands, and complimentary ticket handoff visible before show day.
What to record
- Guest-pass count requested or approved for the act.
- Accreditation status: not required, requested, ready, or issued.
- Pass label such as artist passes, crew wristbands, AAA, or production access.
- Short notes for box office, accreditation desk, artist liaison, or production office.
- Ticket type and ticket session when the same SmartGig event also has Ticketing set up.
- On-day desk edit, reprint, and handover history when the accreditation team changes or reissues credentials.
Issue complimentary guest tickets
Set up Ticketing for the same event
Create the ticket type or hidden guest-pass ticket that should be used for performer comps.
Open the Stage Manager lineup row
Edit the act and fill guest count, pass label, accreditation state, ticket type, and session where needed.
Save the lineup row
This records the allocation even if tickets are not issued yet.
Issue comps from the lineup row
Users with ticket-selling permission can issue complimentary tickets to the act contact email from the same Stage Manager edit flow.
Check the linked Ticketing order
The lineup row shows issued counts, check-in progress, the latest check-in time, and the latest order reference, while the Ticketing order remains part of the normal attendee, QR, resend, check-in, and audit workflow.
Record on-day desk activity
Open the performer lineup row
Use the accreditation desk controls in the guest-list area instead of keeping a separate paper-only change log.
Save a desk edit
Update the guest count, pass label, accreditation state, ticket link, or desk note when the approved handoff changes.
Log a reprint
Use Log reprint when credentials are reissued so the row keeps a reprint count and latest operator.
Record handover
Use Record handover when responsibility moves between box office, artist liaison, accreditation, or production office.
Check recent history
Review the latest desk entries before printing a sheet or briefing the next desk lead.
Print the accreditation handoff
Keep the lineup allocations current
Before printing, check guest counts, pass labels, accreditation state, Ticketing ticket type, session, reprint count, handover history, and desk notes on each relevant lineup row.
Use Print credentials from the lineup
SmartGig prints only acts with a guest allocation, pass label, accreditation state, issued guest tickets, or desk history. The sheet groups performers by day and includes requested, issued, checked-in, session, latest-order, reprint, and desk-note details.
Hand the sheet to the right desk
Use it for the accreditation desk, box office, artist liaison, or production office so the team has the same pass and Ticketing progress view as Stage Manager.
The printed sheet is intentionally an operational handoff. It does not print rider notes, contract notes, production review notes, or private technical information.
Do not use guest allocations as a substitute for a clear accreditation process. Agree who can approve comps, who can issue tickets, and what the gate or accreditation desk should accept on the day.
