An invitation gives you access to an existing organisation. It does not create a separate event workspace. Once accepted, the role chosen by the inviter controls what you can see and change.
Before opening the link
- Use the invitation sent to your own email address, not a forwarded copy meant for someone else.
- Check the organisation name so you know which workspace you are joining.
- Ask the inviter what role they assigned if the invitation is for event-day, finance, gate, site, or production work with limited permissions.
How to accept
Open the newest invitation email
If the invitation has been resent, use the newest message. Older links may no longer be valid.
Follow the secure link
The link opens the invitation acceptance page.
Set or confirm your login details
Complete the form with your name and password if requested.
Verify your email if prompted
Email verification may be required before you can use every account feature.
Open the dashboard
The modules shown depend on your organisation package and your role permissions.
If the invitation does not work
- Ask the inviter to resend the invitation from Team Members.
- Check that the email address on the invitation is the one you are using.
- If the organisation no longer wants you to join, the inviter can revoke the pending invitation.
