The dashboard is the front door for signed-in work. If your account only has one available module, SmartGig can take you straight there. If several modules are available, the module hub gives you a clearer choice before you open the wrong workspace and wonder where the button went.
What the module hub shows
- Available modules for your organisation and your role.
- Attention items such as setup required, pending applications, transport plans needing review, ticketing work, or document exports.
- Recent generated documents and quick links into the relevant module.
- Module descriptions so occasional users can choose the right place without knowing the internal route names.
Trader Manager dashboard
- Shows event counts, participant counts, compliance rate, outstanding payments, upcoming events, recent applications, activity, and action-required items.
- Quick actions can take you to event creation, participant records, prospect applications, or site planning when those tools are available.
Other dashboards
- Transport highlights fleet, route plans, plans needing stops, optimisation warnings, reviewed routes, and recent exports.
- Stage Manager highlights stage events, applications needing review, events missing stages, and events missing lineups.
- Ticketing highlights ticketed events, order activity, attendee and revenue counts, and ticketing setup work.
- Document Centre shows generated files across modules with status and download information.
If you cannot see a module, check both package access and your role permissions. A feature can be included in the organisation package but hidden from a user whose role does not include the right permission.
